I had the pleasure of staying at this marvelous hotel with breathtaking views of Horta and Pico Island. The rooms were simply amazing with balconies overlooking the city in 2 directions. The location was top-notch with easy access to the marina and city center. However, the dining experience left something to be desired despite the included meals. The service was exceptional, making my stay truly memorable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with rooms overlooking Horta in two directions, a large terrace, and an incredible view from the balcony. The service was top-notch, and the location just above the marina in the city center was perfect. The dining experience was included and offered a variety of selections. Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were spacious, modern, and super clean, offering a fantastic view onto Mount Pico from the balcony. The service was top-notch with a range of amenities available, and the central location provided easy access to the main harbor in Horta. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the Wi-Fi was not included in the rate.
